1.22 lbs of sirloin steak
Four table spoons teriyaki sauce
Four table spoons soy sauce
Two cloves of garlic crushed
Two table spoons butter
Mix sauces and garlic cloves in bag.
Put in sirloin steak(s), marinate for 6-12 hours.
Heat 10 inch pan to medium heat, place butter in pan and melt.
When butter starts to bubble slightly place steak(s) in pan.
Brown steak, 2-3 minutes each side.
Take steak off heat and cut into bite size pieces.
Place steak back into pan and return to heat.
Place three ice cubes and cover pan, stir occasionally.
After fifteen minutes steak should be cooked thoroughly and soft enough to only need light chewing.
Serve with your choice of rice, veggies, and bread.
